We have lots of support available at City St George’s. Whether it’s academic, wellbeing or anything else we’re here to ensure you have the help you need.
Merging legacy City and St George's resources
As we bring together resources for Clerkenwell & Moorgate (legacy City) and Tooting (legacy St George’s) students, some content may be specific to one campus and not the other. For the most relevant information, try using specific keywords or exploring content related to your department. If you need help, our support teams are available to guide you.

Clerkenwell and Moorgate Campuses
Student Support Hub
The Student Support Hub (located in Level 1, Drysdale Building) is our primary location for students to access central support on our Clerkenwell campus.
During term time, Advisers will be present in the space between 9am-6.30pm.
Specific services will offer appointments and be available are different times and you should refer to below to access them.

The Student Support Hub also has a medium and large group room which can be booked by students through the Students’ Union, as well as a Sensory Room for neurodiverse students which can be used through Student Health and Wellbeing.
Support@City for Clerkenwell and Moorgate students
Support@City is our online system for Clerkenwell and Moorgate students where you can find answers to questions you have through our chatbot and knowledge-based articles.
If you’re unable to find the answer you’re looking for, then you can submit and track queries on the system to the following services:

Tooting Campus
The Student Support Hub is open from 8am to 8pm, with staff available at the Helpdesk from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday to offer advice and help with queries about student support and services at the Tooting Campus.
In person
Our Student Services Team is based in the Student Support Hub on the Ground Floor of Hunter Wing.
Our team are available:
- Term time: 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday
- Holidays: 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday
We also offer face-to-face meetings which are by appointment only.
