Tooting Campus

The Student Life Centre is open throughout the week to help with queries and problems for students at studying at the Tooting Campus.

In person

To facilitate Ground Floor renovations for our new Student Hub the Student Life Centre has relocated to Level 6, Hunter Wing.

It will remain here until the opening of the Student Hub (expected to be May 2025).

Our opening times are:

  • Term time: 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday
  • Holidays: 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday

We are also offering face-to-face meetings which are by appointment only.

The Student Life Centre at Tooting operates under common principles of service. We welcome feedback from students, applicants and other users of our services.

Our service should be recognised and trusted by students, be easily accessible and available at times that suit students’ needs.

Our centre team should have the skills and knowledge to identify students’ needs. They should have the skills and knowledge either to address those needs or to refer students to alternative sources of help or information.

Clerkenwell and Moorgate Campuses

Student Support Hub

The Student Support Hub (located in Level 1, Drysdale Building) is our primary location for students to access central support on our Clerkenwell campus.

During term time, Advisers will be present in the space between 9am-6.30pm.

Specific services will offer appointments and be available are different times and you should refer to below to access them.

Support@City is our online system for Clerkenwell and Moorgate students where you can find answers to questions you have through our chatbot and knowledge-based articles.
