This bespoke set of skills and behaviours were identified through a highly consultative process involving academics, professional service staff, the Students’ Union and employers from a range of fields that our graduates go into when they leave.

The Graduate Attributes Dashboard

The Graduate Attributes Dashboard is a dedicated space where you can develop and enhance these twenty skills through opportunities and activities alongside your studies.

Situated within the CareersHub, here you can learn more about each skillset, conduct your own “skills audit” to help you identify skills you may want to develop further and find resources to help you discover future careers that might be right for you.

You can also begin to write reflections on your experiences, which you can use towards job applications and help you earn a City St George's Employability Award.
