Some of these improvements included:
- A six-month programme of improvement work to overhaul both the decorative and functional state of the Rob Lowe Sports Centre, through a process of co-design with the Students’ Union.
- Improvements to the environmental control infrastructure across the Tooting estate that will unlock significant future improvements in heating and cooling.
- Significant improvements to Horton Halls, including a full upgrade of the water heating system, comprehensive fire safety enhancements, and smoke extract replacement.
