You’re eligible to take part in free exclusive workshops and 1-1 support sessions, which offer short-term structured support to help manage common mental health challenges.

Through Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LiCBT), organised by the School of Health & Medical Sciences (SHMS)’s Health & Wellbeing Clinic, you’ll pick up practical tools and coping strategies you can use straight away to help prevent challenges you may be currently experiencing from escalating.

Sessions are delivered by student trainees from the MSc Psychological Therapies with Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner programme, under close supervision from experienced clinical practitioners.

You can choose between 1-1 tailored support, and group sessions which will look to help with:

  • Low mood
  • Exam stress
  • Managing worry
  • Sleep management

1-1 support can either be delivered online or in-person (on Clerkenwell campus). Group sessions will be delivered online through Microsoft Teams.

Visit the SHMS Health and Wellbeing Clinic page to explore the support available to you.
