Sign up to become a Student Sustainability Leader

As a Student Sustainbility Leader, you’ll work with other students on one of three projects:

Eat Smart, Waste Less: Explore why food is wasted, investigate student habits and develop ideas to reduce food waste and improve recycling.

Green the Scene: Reimagining Student Events: Use waste data to identify ways to make University events more sustainable and reduce waste.

Where Does Your Waste Go?: Research the University's waste journey and create a short documentary-style video to raise awareness of waste management.

Through your chosen project, you’ll develop valuable skills in research, teamwork, project planning, communication and problem-solving, while connecting with like-minded students.

No experience is needed to become a Student Sustainability Leader. You just need enthusiasm and a commitment of around two hours per week.
