Here are some of the key services available to City St George's students and how to access them.

General support

Clerkenwell and Moorgate students

Support@City is available throughout the summer and can help with a wide range of student enquiries, including accommodation, international student and visa advice, student funding, welfare and general support.

You can submit and track an enquiry online and a member of the team will get back to you.

Tooting students

The Student Support Hub remains available throughout the summer and can help with a range of student support enquiries. You can contact the team directly by email for advice and guidance.

Student Support Hub

From Monday 8 June - Friday 7th August, the Student Support Hubs at Clerkenwell and Tooting will operate summer opening hours. They will be open for in-person enquires from 10am - 3.30pm. The team will still be available via telephone & email between 9am-5pm during this period.

From Monday 10 August, term time hours will resume, with the Clerkenwell Hub open from 08:30am-5pm and the Tooting Hub from 9am-5pm.

Student Health and Wellbeing

The Student Health and Wellbeing team are here for you throughout the summer. From practical and emotional support, to exploring wellbeing tips, counselling, or if you have long-term health conditions the team are on hand to help. Here is how you can get in touch:

Tooting students

The Student Health and Wellbeing team are here for you throughout the summer. From practical and emotional support, to exploring wellbeing tips, counselling, or if you have long-term health conditions the team are on hand to help. Here is how you can get in touch:

To access counselling, please complete the Counselling Service Registration Form or email the Counselling team.

If you would like to disclose a disability, please complete the Disability Support Registration Form. This will help the University provide the right type of support for you on your course.

Report + Support

If you experience or witness bullying, harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct or other unacceptable behaviour, you can access support through Report + Support.

The platform allows you to report concerns with or without providing your personal details, access guidance and explore your options for taking further action if you choose to do so.

Crisis and emergency support

If you are concerned about your safety or need urgent medical or psychological support, help is available.

You can:

  • Contact your GP and request an emergency appointment.
  • Call the Samaritans on 116 123.
  • Speak to a member of staff if you are currently living in student accommodation.
  • Visit your nearest A&E department.
  • Call 999 if immediate emergency assistance is required.

  • If you are outside the UK, contact your local doctor or emergency support services.

Whatever your circumstances, support is available and you do not need to manage things alone.
