The City St George's Careers Fair is an excellent opportunity for you to meet recruiters from different companies and find out what opportunities are available, and how you can make the most of your application to them. This is a rare chance to meet with lots of companies in one go and gives you the chance to meet someone who could be your future employer. You will be able to speak with both HR representatives, who can give you an overview of the company's application and selection processes, and graduate trainees who will have only been working at the company for 1-2 years. These graduate trainees can tell you more about their role in the company and their personal experience when they applied to the organisation.
